Seeking a strategic and dynamic Product Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities include crafting product narratives, driving adoption, and resonating with developers, asset issuers, and institutional partners. You will collaborate across teams to align product positioning with market needs and company goals, owning the product lifecycle to deliver impactful solutions aligned with Plume’s mission.
Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Customer Focus: Gather insights from users, stakeholders, and market research to inform product priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams for seamless delivery and launches.
Requirements Management: Translate needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Roadmap Development: Maintain a product roadmap balancing short-term goals and long-term vision, ensuring scalability and innovation.
Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance via analytics, feedback, and metrics to drive improvements.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders updated on progress, milestones, and adjustments.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or tech sectors. Crypto native required.
Proven success in launching and promoting technology products to diverse audiences.
Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and tokenization of RWAs.
Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting narratives and delivering presentations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic insights.
