Job description

You'll partner with product, eng, and sales to gather customer feedback, rethink workflows from first principles, and launch new experiences for our clients. Your focus: interaction research and UX thinking for collaborative workflows. Think "Notion for construction workflows" - that's what you're building.

NeuronFactory is building an AI-native platform for pre-construction for large-scale, multibillion dollar construction companies around the world. We help estimators, project managers, risk teams, lawyers, and the many other professionals working in pre-con analyze tenders, generate RFQs, compare supplier quotes, and create comprehensive project estimates - often transforming tedious multiday day manual processes into an intelligent, collaborative experience. We are able to do this by leveraging our proprietary Knowledge Graph (much more than just a semantic knowledge base) to provide critical context to our workflow enabling agents.

We're at an exciting inflection point: our traction is strong, and now we need to transform how our client’s teams collaborate on these complex workflows.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager who brings deep collaboration product expertise to complement our construction domain strength. You'll design and build the collaborative workspace where construction teams work together with our custom built AI Agents to manage preconstruction workflows.

You'll partner with product, eng, and sales to gather customer feedback, rethink workflows from first principles, and launch new experiences for our clients. Your focus: interaction research and UX thinking for collaborative workflows. Think "Notion for construction workflows" - that's what you're building.

This role is perfect for someone who has worked on products like Notion, Miro, Figma, or Coda and wants to apply that expertise to transform a multitrillion dollar industry globally. We value fast iteration cycles, being nimble, and flexible as we learn to provide tools and systems for our clients.

What You'll Do
  • Define how construction estimators interact with the platform and each other
  • Design multi-user workflows for team-based preconstruction work
  • Create intuitive interfaces for analyzing 300-page+ tender documents together
  • Build real-time collaboration features for document sharing, commenting, and coordination
  • Establish interaction patterns that make complex workflows feel simple
  • Lead customer research with construction estimators
  • Conduct user interviews and feedback sessions to understand workflows
  • Translate construction professional needs into product requirements
  • Partner with clients on adoption and feature validation
  • Build deep empathy for complex B2B professional users

Front-End Product Strategy

  • Balance user needs with AI capabilities and technical constraints
  • Make strategic product decisions on feature prioritization
  • Drive adoption through better UX and collaborative features
  • Measure and optimize collaboration effectiveness
Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5-10 years of product management experience
  • Strong UX sensibility: You can articulate design decisions, interaction patterns, and user mental models
  • Trust in Autonomy: You understand the importance of building trust in autonomy between skeptical users and AI Agent.
  • B2B product experience: You understand enterprise/professional users and complex workflows
  • Customer research skills: You're passionate about spending time with users and translating needs into products
  • Collaboration product expertise: You've built features for products like Notion, Miro, Figma, Coda, Airtable, Linear, or similar multi-user collaboration tools
  • San Francisco based: You're currently in SF Bay Area or ready to relocate immediately
  • Team player: You're excited to partner with the PM who owns construction domain and technical architecture

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in construction, manufacturing, or complex B2B domains
  • Design thinking or user research expertise
  • Early-stage startup experience (Seed/Series A)
  • Experience with European clients and/or global products
  • Technical background or ability to collaborate closely with engineers

Type: Full-time
