Relationship Manager, Strategic Accounts

We have a long-term contract opportunity for a Product Manager for our client in San Francisco, CA!

Location: Remote

Pay: $45 to $50 hourly W2 DOE

Duration: ~1 year contract

Job Description:

1. Partner with Engineering: Attend standups to move stories forward and help with blockers (with guidance from sr pdm)
2. User Support: Be the first line of defense to triage tickets/questions
   • Answer questions about basic functionality and general product roadmap
   • Open Jira tickets for servicenow requests
   • Identify technical questions and escalate appropriately
3. Own ServiceNow Tickets: Track progress, communicate weekly to minimize outreach
4. Training & Documentation: Maintain documentation, assist with requirements
5. Business Ownership (Stretch): Take on initiatives as you grow

Estimated Min Rate: $35.00

Estimated Max Rate: $50.00
