Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who will also oversee strategic sourcing and outsourcing initiatives. This dual-role individual will lead the lifecycle of our innovative products while strategically managing partnerships and external supply relationships to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure superior quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

1. Drive product lifecycle management from concept through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
2. Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to define product roadmaps aligned with market needs.
3. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform strategic product decisions.
4. Establish clear product specifications and ensure timely delivery and successful market introduction.

Strategic Sourcing and Outsourcing:

1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, identifying and qualifying vendors and manufacturing partners globally.
2. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring cost-effective solutions and high-quality deliverables.
3. Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and outsourced partners, monitoring performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Ensure seamless integration between internal teams and external vendors, maintaining clear communication and alignment on expectations.
5. Evaluate risks associated with suppliers and outsourcing activities, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. 5+ years of combined experience in Product Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain roles, ideally within manufacturing or technology industries.
3. Proven track record in product lifecycle management, vendor management, negotiation, and cost optimization.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering productive relationships internally and externally.
6. Familiarity with ERP systems, project management tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Monday.com, HubSpot) preferred.
