Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Five years of product management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Two years of Medicare Advantage and/or ACA products.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Stakeholder influence and executive communication.
• Understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment, including CMS filings.
• Financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to organizational priorities.

• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
