Duration: 6+ Months

Location: PA-Philadelphia, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Product Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Agility practice. Turnberry's Business Agility practice provides ways-of-working assessments with supporting improvement recommendations, Product Management and Agile Delivery education opportunities, team and enterprise-level Product and Agile coaching, and strategic staffing for each of the skills required to drive Agile and/or Project to Product transformation journeys.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and Implementation Goals:
• Set and achieve strategic and implementation objectives
• Documentation:
• Update and create documentation for new solutions and the relaunch
• Vision Sharing:
• Create and share the vision with End-to-End teams
• Sales and Support:
• Identify sales talking points, collateral, and define operational and customer care support
• Lifecycle and Upgrades:
• Assist with lifecycle work and Teams upgrades to ensure a smooth transition and implementation process
• Create detailed customer Journey for products
• Deploy a new portal solution
• Launching a new IVR solution
• Support Product updates/requests
• Own a set of products/solutions
• Continuous BAU support
• Assist in Contact Center re-sale
• Assist in other ongoing programs as an additional resource
• Work hand in hand with program managers and key stakeholders
• Identify and create product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery
• Work closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams
  
  

Qualifications

• Able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements
• Ability to dive deep into technical considerations as needed
• 8 years of experience needed
• Understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches
• Unified Communication products experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Exceptionally strong presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Product related skills in deployment and readiness
• Proven Product Skills in the industry
  
  

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
