ManageAmerica is seeking a Product Manager to own market-based solutions and the customer experience. You will research customer problems, translate market needs into value, and reimagine business processes and product offerings.
You will collaborate with all functional leaders to drive growth and ensure successful delivery across remote teams, with occasional travel up to 25% outside the local area.

The Product Manager will focus on understanding the problems our customers are trying to solve. You will own all aspects of providing compelling, market-based solutions. You are not a stranger to innovation and possess skills needed to translate market needs into value. You will have the opportunity to reimagine the customer experience, business processes, and build new product offerings.
As a key leader in the company, you will work closely with all functional leaders to contribute to ManageAmerica’s growth.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
This role operates in a fully remote work environment. This role routinely uses standard home office equipment and technology such as computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and peripheral devices.
Cognitive requirements of this position are learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for decision-making, problem-solving, and comprehending. Physical requirements of this position are constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery such as keyboards, mice, and monitors.
