ManageAmerica seeks a Product Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences across its SaaS property management tools. You will partner with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs, translate them into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile, and contribute to design standards.
You will participate in user research, usability testing, and accessibility practices, maintain consistency, and balance multiple projects in a fully remote environment.

The Product Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences across ManageAmerica's products. This role partners closely with Product Managers and Engineering to understand customer needs, design effective solutions, and improve the overall user experience.
This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
This role operates in a fully remote work environment. This role routinely uses standard home office equipment and technology such as computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and peripheral devices.

Cognitive requirements of this position are learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for decision-making, problem-solving, and comprehending.
