Job summary

• Manage licensing agreements tied to product usage and distribution
• Partner with engineering teams to improve product design and function based on customer feedback and field performance
• Develop and execute product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and portfolio plans
• Gather and analyze voice of customer (VOC) insights, conduct market and competitor research
• Track sales data to identify trends, gaps, and upsell opportunities across distribution points
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, engineering, and marketing to align product strategy with business goals
• Support in‑store and on‑site promotional activities tied to product launches and performance initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, supply chain, and inventory dynamics
• Experience with cross‑functional collaboration including engineering, marketing, and operations
