Covera Health is seeking a Product Manager to own and expand products, including Protect AI and Protect Seniors, while delivering new offerings. You will collaborate with Engineering, Clinical, and customer teams to translate employer, health-plan, and provider needs into scalable product solutions.
Much work happens in the background (platforms, APIs, data, AI), with stakeholders accessing results via metrics and reports.
At Covera Health, we’re on a mission to improve healthcare by making every diagnosis more accurate.
Every year, millions of patients receive imaging that shapes life changing medical decisions. Yet too often, important findings are missed, patients struggle to access high quality imaging, and the healthcare system treats radiology like a commodity instead of one of the most critical moments in a patient’s care journey.
We’re changing that.
Covera combines clinical expertise, advanced AI, and one of the industry’s largest radiology quality datasets to help detect disease earlier, improve diagnostic accuracy, and give clinicians greater confidence in every decision they make. Better diagnoses lead to better treatment, fewer unnecessary procedures, lower healthcare costs, and, most importantly, better outcomes for patients.
In 2026, Covera and Medmo came together to create the first platform designed to support the entire radiology journey. From helping patients find and schedule high quality imaging, to coordinating care, to ensuring the accuracy of every diagnosis, we’re building a connected experience that simply hasn’t existed before.
Backed by Insight Partners, our platform supports nearly 6 million people across Fortune 10 and Fortune 100 employers, three of the five largest national health plans, and thousands of value based primary care physicians.
This is an exciting moment to join Covera. We’re building technology that is helping detect serious conditions earlier, improving the quality of care for millions of patients, and redefining what healthcare can be. If you’re excited by meaningful work, ambitious teammates, and the opportunity to help save lives through better healthcare, we’d love to meet you.

Covera Health is looking for a Product Manager to own and expand our products, including Protect AI and Protect Seniors, along with new products as they are added. As part of the Product team, you will work closely with Engineering, Clinical, and other internal teams, and with customers, to understand what employers, health plans, and providers need and turn it into well‑built products.
Much of Covera’s product work happens in the background: platforms, APIs, data, and AI. Customers see the results mainly as metrics and reporting, such as monthly, quarterly, or annual presentations and spreadsheets, rather than through a polished user interface. This role is for a technically strong product manager who is energized by that kind of platform work.
At Covera Health, AI is not a novelty. It’s a core part of how we work. Every team member is expected to actively use AI in their day‑to‑day role, and we invest in building that fluency across the organization. If you lean into new tools and are energized by what’s still possible, you’ll fit in.
We may use automated tools or AI to assist in reviewing applications.
The minimum and maximum base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $185,000in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, expertise and location. Final compensation decisions may occasionally fall outside of the posted range. Salary ranges are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted in response to market trends and company needs.
At Covera Health, we strive to build diverse teams that reflect the people we want to empower through our technology. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. Equal Opportunity is the Law, and Covera Health is proud to be an equal‑opportunity workplace and affirmative action employer. If you have a specific need that requires accommodation, please let a member of the People Team know.
We’re a remote‑first company with teammates working across the U.S. We value flexibility, but strong communication, collaboration, and accountability are essential to how we work.
We’re still a small, hands‑on startup team with under 200 employees. We work hard, move quickly, and care about getting things right. Everyone is expected to take ownership, solve problems, and contribute beyond their day‑to‑day responsibilities when needed. We’re building and improving as we grow, so being comfortable with change, taking initiative, swerving in and out of lanes to get things done, and following through are important to succeeding here. Something we are really proud of is that your job on day 1 will definitely not be the same at year 1, because there is so much to do and we all grow alongside the business.
For those in NYC, our Penn 1 office gives us a place to connect in person. Wednesdays are a popular day for local teammates to come together, collaborate, and enjoy lunch. We take our work seriously, but we also enjoy working together and having fun along the way.
