Job summary

Photon in New York, a leading Digital Platform Engineering firm, is hiring a Digital Product Manager to own feature definitions, acceptance criteria, and prioritization for key workflows within enterprise tools.

You will translate banker needs into structured product requirements, manage MVP through Phase 2 to scale roadmap iterations, collaborate with UX, Engineering, AI, and CRM teams, and track behavioral metrics to refine the product via data-driven iterations.

Qualifications

• 5 years in digital product management, ideally in financial services or enterprise tools.
• Strong understanding of mobile, CRM, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to write clear requirements and run agile ceremonies.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in usage analytics tools.
