As a Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle — from vision to execution to market leadership. You will work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and serve as the voice of the client to ensure InvestCloud’s products exceed market expectations. What You Will Do

Vision and Strategy

  • Define and own the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for InvestCloud’s digital wealth products.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, market demand, competitive intelligence, and business goals.
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and finance to drive alignment and execution.

Product Management

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Translate customer requirements and business objectives into clear, actionable product plans.
  • Partner with Product Owners, engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, innovative products.
  • Continuously enhance functionality and user experience based on testing, client feedback, and market changes.

Market Research and Competitive Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive shifts, and regulatory changes in financial services technology.
  • Conduct deep market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities and areas for differentiation.
  • Identify and assess potential partnerships, integrations, and acquisitions that strengthen our product portfolio.

Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for key clients, ensuring their voice drives product decisions.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with strategic accounts and internal partners.
  • Present roadmaps, strategies, and business cases to leadership and stakeholders to gain buy-in and alignment.

Performance Tracking and Optimization

  • Analyze product performance metrics, customer usage data, and financial impacts to inform decisions.
  • Lead ROI assessments for product investments and enhancements.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify and prioritize improvements, expansions, and optimizations.

Go-to-Market Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with product marketing to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support sales teams through training, competitive analysis, and direct client engagements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in key sales meetings, helping articulate the InvestCloud value proposition.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or strategy roles within financial services technology, wealth management, or fintech.
  • Expertise in defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and executing in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of driving successful product launches and adoption in complex markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluency with agile product development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Deep understanding of digital wealth management, financial services platforms, or adjacent industries.
  • Experience with design thinking and customer experience design principles.
  • Previous involvement with product marketing teams to shape GTM strategies and collateral.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with clients and supporting pre-sales opportunities.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to lead through ambiguity and commercialize new ideas.

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. Salary range: $170,000 - $220,000
