Job summary

MK Labs in New York is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own strategy and roadmaps across multiple core healthtech products, collaborating with Engineering and Data Science to turn complex challenges into scalable solutions.

You will define KPIs, work with senior leadership to align priorities, and drive end-to-end product delivery in a fast-growing Series B environment, with a focus on healthcare technology and user-centered design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in HealthTech or healthcare technology / EHR.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex, technical products.
• Strong understanding of software development and data-driven product decisions.
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This Product Manager position sits within a Series B HealthTech scale-up that's transforming how specialist healthcare providers operate through innovative software.

The business is building technology that connects clinical workflows, patient engagement and practice operations, helping healthcare providers deliver better care while improving efficiency and scalability.

They're now looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of multiple products, drive product strategy and work closely with Engineering, Data Science and senior leadership to turn complex challenges into scalable solutions.

What you'll be doing:

• Own product strategy, vision and roadmap across multiple core products.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through development, launch and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver high-quality, scalable technology.
• Define and track KPIs, using data and user insights to inform product decisions.

Experience we are looking for:
