  • Translate the roadmap into detailed requirements by creating PRDs and collaborating with engineering and UX to deliver solutions.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle by leading launches, ongoing maintenance, and feature deprecation with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure product performance and coach junior product managers.

  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager-related occupation.
  • Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception to launch or product roadmapping; Developing product strategy and vision using user data; Leveraging competitive intelligence, and market trends or market analysis for product planning; Product evangelism to build user and customer communities or product marketing including liaising with regulatory bodies globally to help shape the regulatory landscape for digital products; and, Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and finance teams or stakeholder management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $239,200 - $278,000 + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google Mountain View, CA office & may allow for a hybrid schedule per Google policy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and track key quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure product performance, validate market size, and inform data-driven decisions. Lead junior product managers, coaching all aspects of employee experience including technical product delivery and management of performance.
