Product Manager (2 Openings) - Merchandising and Supply Chain

Contract through April 2026 | Hybrid – 2 days on-site in Minneapolis, MN

Rate: $50-75/hr W2 + benefits

Overview

We’re seeking two skilled Product Managers to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of technology-driven solutions supporting merchandising and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for a product professional who excels at translating business needs into actionable roadmaps, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for merchandising and supply chain capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional efforts between engineering, operations, and business teams to develop and deliver high-impact digital solutions.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, translating them into detailed product features and user stories.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and technology enablement within inventory management, sourcing, and fulfillment workflows.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across technical and non-technical partners throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to measure product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure successful on-time delivery.
• Support ongoing enhancements and feature releases through coordination with internal teams and vendor partners.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on merchandising, supply chain, or operations technology.
• Proven success working in Agile environments and driving iterative product delivery.
• Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA and related Agile project management tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and attention to detail.
