Qualificações

• 3–6+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-focused business.
• Track record of building and launching digital products, SaaS platforms or software applications.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1, preferably in startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, cloud tech and modern web apps.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.

The Opportunity

Searchability is recruiting for an ambitious, high-growth technology startup in Miami looking to hire a Product Manager to take ownership of product development, strategy and delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, technically capable Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys taking products from 0 to 1.

We're looking for someone who can work closely with founders, engineers and designers to turn ambitious ideas into successful, customer-focused products.

You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy, defining roadmaps and driving the development of innovative software solutions.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys building, experimenting and shipping products rather than simply managing backlogs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery and ideation through to launch and optimisation.
• Lead the development of new products and features, taking ideas from 0 to 1.
• Work directly with founders and senior leadership to define product vision and strategy.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers and data teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Translate customer insights and commercial requirements into clear product specifications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
• Define and track product KPIs, including adoption, engagement, retention and conversion.
• Prioritise features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value and technical feasibility.
• Drive rapid experimentation, prototyping and continuous product improvement.
• Take ownership of product launches, stakeholder communication and post-launch performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally 3–6+ years' experience in Product Management within a technology-focused business.
• Proven experience building and launching digital products, SaaS platforms or software applications.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, cloud technologies and modern web applications.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, user research, roadmap planning and prioritisation.
• Experience using analytics and customer feedback to make data-driven product decisions.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Linear, Notion, Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Based in Miami or within commuting distance and comfortable with hybrid working.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as an early Product Manager within a venture-backed startup.
• Experience building AI-native products, SaaS platforms or B2B software.
• Technical background in software engineering, data science or computer science.
• Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, automation or AI-assisted product development.
• Ability to prototype using Figma, no-code tools or AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Experience working directly with founders on product-market fit.
• Experience scaling products from MVP through to commercial launch.
• Previous experience in FinTech, HealthTech, ecommerce or consumer technology.
