On behalf of a fast-growing software company based in Riyadh , we are hiring a Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates across the MENA region , offering a unique chance to shape high-impact digital solutions.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery to launch and iteration. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver user-centric software products that meet business goals and exceed customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy leader who thrives in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct user testing, analyze usage data, and iterate product features based on insights.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements to deliver maximum value.
• Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
• Track KPIs to measure product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management within a tech or software company.
• Strong understanding of agile development practices and product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
