Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Product Manager within the Operations Technology Solutions team of Electric Transmission to guide digital products from concept through deployment and measurement.

You will own product vision, prioritize backlog, coordinate internal teams and vendors, ensure regulatory, cybersecurity and data governance alignment, and help strengthen product management practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years in product management or similar.
• Experience with digital product lifecycle management.
• Engagement with engineering, IT, regulatory and external partners.

About the role:

This Product Manager role is part of the Operations Technology Solutions team within Electric Transmission.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage one or more bespoke digital products developed in-house and by third-party partners, guiding products from ideation through development, testing, deployment, support, measurement, and continuous improvement.

You will define product vision and roadmaps, prioritize needs, manage backlogs, champion users, coordinate internal teams and vendors, track product performance and value, and support regulatory, cybersecurity, and data-governance requirements.

You will also help strengthen product management culture, practices, and methods within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience.

Five or more years of related product management or comparable experience.

Experience with digital product lifecycle management, including strategy, roadmap, backlog, delivery, deployment, and optimization.

Stakeholder and vendor engagement across engineering, IT, regulatory, business, and external partners.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $55 - $59.
