Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Product Manager for a 12-month assignment in Glen Allen, VA. You will own one or more digital products, guiding them from ideation through development, deployment, and continuous improvement, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, experience with the full digital lifecycle, and a strong focus on stakeholder and vendor engagement, regulatory, cybersecurity, and data governance alignment.

• Experience with digital product lifecycle management from strategy to optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmaps for in-house and partner-developed products.
• Prioritize needs, manage backlogs, and champion users across teams and vendors.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners, including IT, regulatory, and cybersecurity.
• Track product performance and value, ensuring regulatory, cybersecurity, and data governance compliance.
• Help strengthen product management culture and practices within the organization.
