Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Product Manager for the Operations Technology Solutions team within Electric Transmission. You will guide digital products from ideation through development, testing, deployment, support and ongoing optimization, while partnering across engineering, IT, regulatory and external vendors.

The role emphasizes defining vision, roadmaps, prioritizing needs, and driving backlogs to deliver measurable value.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience with digital product lifecycle management (strategy, roadmap, backlog, delivery, deployment, optimization).
• Stakeholders and vendor engagement across engineering, IT, regulatory, business and external partners.

About the role:

This Product Manager role is part of the Operations Technology Solutions team within Electric Transmission.

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage one or more bespoke digital products developed in-house and by third-party partners, guiding products from ideation through development, testing, deployment, support, measurement, and continuous improvement.

You will define product vision and roadmaps, prioritize needs, manage backlogs, champion users, coordinate internal teams and vendors, track product performance and value, and support regulatory, cybersecurity, and data-governance requirements.

You will also help strengthen product management culture, practices, and methods within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience.

Five or more years of related product management or comparable experience.

Experience with digital product lifecycle management, including strategy, roadmap, backlog, delivery, deployment, and optimization.

Stakeholder and vendor engagement across engineering, IT, regulatory, business, and external partners.
