Job summary

Averro is seeking a Product Line Manager to own the profitability and growth of its industrial product portfolio, engaging with customers and distributors to collect insights and drive strategic investments.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Service to define requirements, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans, while supporting Sales with pricing and competitive analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of product management or product line ownership experience.
• Background in industrial manufacturing, energy, oil/gas, or equipment industries.
• Strong financial business acumen and customer research skills.
• Excel expert; ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Collect Voice of Customer insights and competitive intelligence through direct customer and distributor engagement
• Define product requirements, develop roadmap recommendations, and build business cases for product investments

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Product Line Manager for our industrial manufacturer of fuel gases and clean energy. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in product portfolio management, customer engagement, and competitive intelligence looking to further their career in industrial product management.

• Own the performance and profitability of company's existing product portfolio, including revenue, bookings, margins, and market share
