Job summary

Mindlance is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Agile product management to lead products from strategy through execution. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging AI/automation to improve workflows, with a focus on loan origination in consumer or commercial lending.

The position is a 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion to FTE, requiring the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and deliver measurable

Contract: 06 Months –Possible Extension or conversion to FTE

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Agile product management and a proven ability to lead products from strategy through execution.

Key Qualifications:

• Significant Product Management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and priorities.
• Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, design, business, and other cross-functional teams.
• AI and Automation experience preferred, including experience identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, or intelligent workflows to improve products and processes.
• Experience with Loan Origination platforms or processes is preferred, particularly in consumer or commercial lending.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and actionable user stories.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and delivering measurable business outcomes.
