Job summary

Rysun Labs Inc. in Houston seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of software products.

You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, engineering, design, QA, and leadership to identify opportunities, define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure measurable value. The role requires 3+ years in product management, strong Agile/Scrum skills, and the ability to communicate with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management/Product Ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, roadmap, backlog, and requirements management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Technical/software product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Aha!, or similar product-management platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and software architecture.
• Experience with product analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
• Experience working directly with customers and conducting product demos.
• Technical background or experience working with engineering teams is a plus.
