Job summary

KHS, a global leader in beverage and liquid food packaging systems, seeks a technical sales support specialist. You will review RFQs, analyze customer specs, and provide engineering information to support the sales team in delivering tailored packaging solutions.

You may visit customer sites to assess environments and applications, developing creative technical solutions to overcome packaging challenges and meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Reviews RFQs from sales personnel or customers.
• Analyzes customer specification sheets, drawings and application requirements.
• Provides technical information for sales personnel in the field and management.

Responsibilities

Your Tasks:

• Reviews Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from Sales personnel or customers; analyzes and evaluates customer needs from customer specification sheets, drawings and application requirements.

Your Qualifications:

• Supports and participates in sales process including sales calls, presentations and qualification of customers; provides support and technical information for sales personnel in the field and management; may visit customer sites to assess environment and applications
