Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Product Manager in Denver to own the product roadmap, work closely with the CTO, Product Owner, and Engineering teams, and drive end-to-end delivery. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and measure impact with KPIs.

The role requires strong experience in agile software delivery, excellent stakeholder communication, and a track record of delivering customer-focused outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Formal product management training or certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, or Product School).
  • Minimum 4 years of product management experience with ownership of software roadmap execution.
  • Hands-on experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) with a Product Owner and engineering team.
  • Strong ability to write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail; strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

  • Translate CTO vision into a sequenced roadmap with milestones and owners.
  • Maintain Now/Next/Later roadmap; adjust as priorities and capacity shift.
  • Prioritize requests using a clear framework; communicate trade-offs.
  • Track roadmap progress weekly; flag slippage and drive action with Product Owner.
  • Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Platform & Data, and business teams.
  • Gather feedback from customers and partners; run interviews and sessions with CS.
  • Own the feature-request pipeline; deduplicate, link, and score by impact and ROI.
  • Close the loop with customers on shipped work and deferrals.
  • Partner with Product Owner to plan epics/features; craft clear requirements.
  • Plan releases, write notes, and communicate readiness to stakeholders.
  • Work with Ops, CS, and Sales on training and rollout; support UAT.
  • Define and track product KPIs using data warehouse and analytics.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Roadmap Execution & Prioritization
  • Translate the CTO's product vision and company priorities into a sequenced roadmap with clear milestones and owners
  • Maintain a Now / Next / Later roadmap and keep it current as priorities, capacity, and dependencies shift
  • Prioritize incoming requests using a consistent, transparent framework and communicate trade-offs clearly
  • Track roadmap progress weekly, flag slippage early, and drive corrective action with the Product Owner
  • Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Platform & Data, and business teams
  • Voice of the Customer
  • Gather feedback from customers, facility partners, and internal teams
  • Run customer interviews, workflow observations, and feedback sessions alongside Customer Success
  • Own the feature-request pipeline: de-duplicate, link, and score requests on impact, effort, and ROI
  • Close the loop with customers and stakeholders on what shipped, what was deferred, and why
  • Agile Delivery & Product Owner Partnership
  • Partner daily with the Product Owner to break initiatives into epics and features sized for delivery
  • Write clear problem statements, requirements, and success criteria for the Product Owner and engineering team
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and release planning
  • Work with Engineering to assess feasibility and effort so priorities reflect true cost and payoff
  • Release, Adoption & Measurement
  • Plan and coordinate releases, including readiness checklists, release notes, and stakeholder communication
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales on training, change management, and rollout
  • Support user acceptance testing before launch
  • Monitor post-release adoption and drive follow-up improvements where usage falls short
  • Define and track product KPIs using data warehouse and product analytics data
  • Use data to validate priorities, measure feature impact, and identify manual processes to automate or eliminate
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Deliver a written weekly update to the CTO on roadmap progress, customer insights, risks, and decisions needed
  • Communicate roadmap status and changes clearly across the business
  • Surface risks, blockers, and scope issues proactively, with root cause and recommended solutions
Qualifications
Needed:
  • Formal product management training or certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, or Product School)
  • Minimum 4 years of product management experience, including owning roadmap execution for a software product
  • Hands-on experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban), working closely with a Product Owner and engineering team
  • Strong background writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to meet hybrid onsite expectations in Denver
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Agile product certification such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM
  • Experience in a SaaS, logistics, or operations-driven environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools to accelerate product work
