Job summary

Doctronic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead core consumer product experiences, turning a fast-moving roadmap into shipped features and optimizing the path to a physician visit using AI tools.

You will collaborate across engineering, design, AI/clinical teams, and marketing to define data-driven roadmaps, run experiments, and drive growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consumer product management experience.
• Sharp product sense with a clear point of view on prioritization.
• Track record of shipping consumer web and mobile features from idea to launch.
• Ability to independently scope and propose a roadmap for a well-defined product area.
• Data fluency: defining metrics, reading dashboards, and running experiments.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on tradeoffs.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and making quick decisions.
• Experience in fast-paced startups or growth-stage companies.
• AI-native workflow: using AI to prototype ideas, synthesize research, and iterate.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key parts of our core consumer product experience. You'll turn a fast-moving roadmap into a shipped product, optimize the existing experience for completion and conversion to a physician visit, and identify and own new product opportunities across the patient journey. You'll build with AI tools as part of how you work every day.

What You'll Do

Roadmap Execution & Delivery

• Own execution of the consumer product roadmap, turning ideas into shipped features

• Prototype flows to validate ideas and de-risk specs before engineering commits time

• Use AI tools to draft specs, tickets, and documentation quickly

• Break down ambiguous problems into sequenced, shippable increments

Roadmap Development

• Independently scope and propose roadmaps for defined product areas

• Bring a clear, data-backed point of view on prioritization and sequencing

• Identify quick wins and low-lift improvements worth pursuing outside the primary roadmap

• Size opportunities quickly so leadership can decide what's worth resourcing

Data-Driven Iteration & Growth

• Define and track success metrics for shipped features

• Run and interpret A/B tests (Statsig) to validate what's working and kill what isn't

• Run user research to find new product opportunities

• Report progress and impact clearly to leadership on a regular cadence

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the connective tissue between eng, design, AI/clinical teams, and marketing

• Coordinate launches across web and native apps (iOS/Android)

• Escalate risks and blockers, and keep stakeholders informed without excessive process

• Partner with support and clinical ops to catch and fix issues surfaced from real patients
  

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of consumer product management experience

• Sharp product sense: a clear point of view on what's worth building and what to cut

• Track record of taking consumer web and mobile features from idea to shipped

• Able to independently scope and propose a roadmap for a well-defined product area

• Data fluency: comfortable defining metrics, reading dashboards, and running experiments

• Strong technical fluency: able to work closely with engineers on tradeoffs and constraints

• Comfort operating with ambiguity, incomplete information, and making decisions quickly

• Experience working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup or growth-stage company

• AI-native workflow: use AI to prototype ideas, synthesize research, draft, and iterate quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated consumer industries

• Experience at an early-stage company where you owned a defined roadmap area

• Experience building or shipping AI-powered or conversational product experiences
