Vaco Recruiter Services is hiring a Product Manager to own our HRA platform end-to-end, from member-facing portal to the roadmap behind it. You’ll work with our US and offshore engineering teams and partner with engineering leadership to define what we build and why.

This is a broad-ownership role spanning product line, execution, and stakeholder alignment, with a cloud-native stack (React, AWS) and a focus on measurable outcomes guided by user feedback.

Qualifications

• SaaS experience in HealthTech, benefits, or HRA is a plus.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
• Strong roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth PE-backed environment.
• Seniority flexible; open to strong earlier-career PMs ready to lead.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the HRA platform, including prioritization and release planning.
• Gather requirements from clients, members, and internal stakeholders and translate to clear specs and user stories.
• Drive day-to-day product execution with US and offshore engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering leadership on platform strategy for the cloud-native stack (React, AWS).
• Measure outcomes and iterate using member and client feedback to shape what ships next.

Salary: $150,000-200,000 DOE

Requirements

• Strong roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth, PE‑backed environment
• Seniority is flexible, we’re open to strong earlier‑career PMs ready to step up into broad ownership
