Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, delivery teams, engineering, sales, marketing, and clients to define service offerings, identify market opportunities, and deliver innovative technology solutions that drive business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for IT services and digital solutions.
• Develop and manage service offerings across areas such as Cloud, AI, Data & Analytics, ERP, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Application Development, and Managed Services.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and solution architecture teams to develop scalable and market-ready service offerings.
• Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to support client engagements, RFPs, proposals, and solution positioning.
• Define pricing strategies, packaging, value propositions, and go-to-market plans for service offerings.
• Establish product KPIs and monitor business performance, customer adoption, and profitability.
• Gather customer feedback and continuously enhance service offerings based on market needs.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Present product strategies, business cases, and roadmap updates to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing to create product collateral, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy, delivery capabilities, and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, IT Consulting, or Technology Services.
• Experience in an IT services, consulting, or system integration organization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, including Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML, ERP (SAP, Oracle), Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop service offerings and drive go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, business case development, and portfolio management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise clients across multiple industries.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Manager, PMI-ACP, or Pragmatic Institute are a plus.
• Experience supporting RFPs, solutioning, and pre-sales activities.
