Job summary

Cosmo Appliances is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will gather customer insights, translate them into compelling product strategies, and collaborate with marketing for strong online representation.

You will work closely with overseas factories, analyze market trends, and ensure quality and timely delivery of product updates. This role emphasizes attention to detail and clear communication to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cosmo product line and drive data-driven decisions.
• Develop product manuals, packaging artwork, labels, and ensure consistent branding.
• Collaborate with marketing for accurate online product representation.
• Support customer service with product issues and relay inquiries to overseas factories.
• Communicate with overseas factories on new product development and updates.
• Review samples to evaluate new developments and market fit.
• Analyze defects and provide actionable insights to management.

As a Product Manager, you will lead both product planning and marketing, managing the full lifecycle of a product from concept to launch. You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer needs, translating insights into compelling product strategies and delivering solutions that stand out in the market.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior. You’ll play a key role in shaping products that meet customer expectations and drive business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Cosmo product line and make data-driven decisions
• Develop product manuals, packaging artwork, carton and product labels, and ensure consistent logo placement across all materials.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure accurate and compelling online product representation.
• Support customer service and after-sales teams by addressing questions about product issues, defects, or improvement areas and relaying inquiries to overseas factories.
• Communicate extensively with overseas factories regarding new product development, updates, and improvements.
• Review and test product samples to evaluate new developments and market fit.
• Analyze product defects, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to management for quality improvements.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• Minimum of 2 year of customer service/customer relations experience
• Industry experience (plus but not required)
• Technologically/Mechanically savvy
• Written and Oral Communication Skills
• Detail-Oriented
• Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
• Proficiency in English (Bilingual is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (plus)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
