We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Product Manager to lead our GenAI product lifecycle process serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and the product technical team. The Product Manager will define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring the product meets customer needs and aligns with business goals.This includes gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the product throughout its lifecycle.

The Team

The Product Manager will lead our GenAI product lifecycle process serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and the product technical team. The Product Manager will define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring the product meets customer needs and aligns with business goals.This includes gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the product throughout its lifecycle.

How you will contribute

  • Establish a clear direction for the product, including its purpose, target audience, and long-term goals.
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs and market demands, translating them into actionable product requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure the product is developed and launched successfully.
  • Oversee the product from initial planning and development through launch, ongoing maintenance, and eventual obsolescence.
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and use data to inform product improvements and future strategies.
  • Use data and analytics to make informed decisions about product enhancements and optimizations.
  • Represent user needs and advocate for their interests throughout the product development process.
  • Create and maintain a clear roadmap outlining the product's future direction and key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the planned features and enhancements over time.
  • Communicate the roadmap to platform stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee and manage the budget for product development, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree:(or equivalent) in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of product management experience:(or equivalent)
  • Experience with AI/GenAI technology and capabilities
  • Experience with product roadmap development and prioritization
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $140,000 - $165,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
