You will lead end-to-end product development, overseeing roadmaps, governance, and performance analytics to ensure measurable outcomes.

We are seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader to develop and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core product and solution areas across key business domains. In this role, you will apply a deep understanding of overarching business strategy to identify and deliver the capabilities needed to achieve measurable outcomes. As a key partner and mentor, you will influence and coach cross-functional teams to ensure complete alignment with product goals, fostering innovation and driving digital maturity at scale.

Responsibilities

• Product & Portfolio Management

  Own the end-to-end lifecycle and roadmap of multiple products and solutions, including planning, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

  Accountable for prioritization of all work across assigned product portfolios.

  Develop and socialize product vision, strategy, and comprehensive release plans across business units.

  Research, monitor, and analyze emerging industry trends, best practices, competitive landscapes, and thought leadership to recommend future solutions.

  Design and maintain systems and processes to capture, organize, and share organizational knowledge, supporting business continuity and associate development.

  Drive scope decisions for agile development, evolving base product features along the maturity curve.

  Approve product design requirements, partnering with technology teams to refine solutions using an agile, iterative process.

• Change Management

  Develop and execute change management strategies to drive product adoption across the organization.

  Engage key stakeholders to communicate updates, gather feedback, and proactively address concerns.

  Facilitate training and support programs for impacted teams and users.

  Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

  Drive alignment with internal technology teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure goals and deliverables are met.

  Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex business needs into actionable product initiatives.

• Resource & Value Management

  Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic initiatives on time and within scope.

  Manage portfolio resource allocation, capacity planning, and risk mitigation strategies.

  Oversee product scorecards, metrics, and KPIs to ensure capabilities consistently drive target business results.

• Culture & Leadership

  Model exemplary communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.

  Lead, develop, and coach diverse teams, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing environment.

• Executive Communication: Superior ability to translate and present complex technical and business insights to drive alignment across all organizational levels.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Experience onboarding, mentoring, and developing diverse talent while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
