The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will also work-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Our teams use a heavily LLM-forward workflow.

Responsibilities

• Gather and synthesize requirements from clients, sales, account management, and the technical team
• Define clear, actionable requirements that the development team can build against
• Create and manage tickets in linear and Jira, keeping projects on track against our roadmap.
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objective
• Ensure product alignment with business goals.
• Use LLM tools daily to accelerate your work- specs, research, prototyping
• Collaborate closely with a cross functional team to ship products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting
• Experience with Linear and Jira
• Proven track record defining product requirements and shipping software
• Experience working with directly with clients to understand and translate their needs
• Comfort with technical concepts- you should be able to discuss data models, integrations, and system behavior with engineers
• Strong ownership mentality, you drive things forward, you don't wait for permission
• Strong proficiency with and enthusiasm for LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc) as a core part of your workflow
• Solution oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering results

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience rapidly prototyping product ideas using AI assisted tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc)
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, including small package shipping data from carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS
• Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics
• Experience in a small company environment where you wore multiple hats
