Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and improve consumer-facing digital experiences across the customer lifecycle. This role will partner closely with Engineering, UX/Design, Analytics, Marketing, and business teams to take products and features from discovery through launch and optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated product ownership.
• Experience with consumer-facing web, mobile, e-commerce, or subscription-based products.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development.
• Experience using data and customer behavior to influence product decisions.
• Proven success taking digital products or features from concept through launch.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
