Job summary

HiLabs is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to bridge customers, product, engineering, data science, and implementation teams in Bethesda, MD. You will translate customer requirements into scalable product capabilities, drive adoption, and ensure customer success.

You will work closely with healthcare customers and internal teams to identify business challenges and deliver AI-driven HiLabs solutions, shaping the product roadmap and success metrics.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Business Analysis, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Healthcare, HealthTech, payer/provider, or Healthcare Analytics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare payers and providers to understand workflows and challenges.
• Conduct discovery sessions and requirement gathering.
• Serve as the primary product contact for strategic customer engagements.
• Drive customer adoption and value realization.
• Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product to prioritize features and roadmap initiatives.
• Define success metrics and business outcomes for engagements.

Job Summary:

A Forward Deployed Product Manager at HiLabs would act as the bridge between customers, product, engineering, data science, and implementation teams. The role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking with customer-facing consulting and solutioning experience.

Role Summary

The Forward Deployed Product Manager will work closely with healthcare customers, internal stakeholders, and product teams to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions, and drive successful implementation of HiLabs products. This individual will translate customer requirements into scalable product capabilities while ensuring customer success and product adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with healthcare payer and provider customers to understand business workflows, pain points, and operational challenges.
• Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
• Serve as the primary product point of contact for strategic customer engagements.
• Drive customer adoption and value realization.

Product & Solution Management

• Translate customer requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize features and roadmap initiatives.
• Identify patterns across customer requests and influence the core product strategy.
• Define success metrics and business outcomes for customer engagements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
• Facilitate alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities.
• Support solution design, implementation planning, and rollout activities.
• Drive issue resolution and manage escalations when required.
• Understand AI, Machine Learning, and Analytics capabilities within HiLabs products.
• Help customers leverage data-driven insights to solve operational challenges.

Partner with Data Science teams to define customer-specific use cases and success criteria

Desired Profile:

Experience

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, Business Analysis, Solutions Engineering, or Customer-Facing Product roles.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS products.
• Healthcare, HealthTech, Payer, Provider, or Healthcare Analytics experience preferred.
