About the Role:

Link x Talent is supporting a major transformation initiative for a bank in Libya, which is urgently seeking an experienced Banking Product Manager with deep expertise in Islamic banking. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering innovative Sharia-compliant financial products as part of a strategic transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of Islamic banking products—from concept through to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Sharia principles and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sharia boards and regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance.
• Drive the design and management of product lifecycles.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure integration with digital and core banking systems.
• Prepare high-quality documentation and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Islamic banking product development.
• Deep understanding of Sharia principles and banking regulations.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy, design, and lifecycle management.
