**Required Skills:**

Product Manager Responsibilities:

1. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.

2. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products.

3. Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers.

4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.

5. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.

6. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.

7. Identify and track key performance metrics.

8. Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

9. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

10. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the US.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

11. Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, Business Administration or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

14. 2. Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications or media products

15. 3. Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces

16. 4. Creating examples through wire frames and mock ups

17. 5. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team

18. 6. Delivering technical presentations

19. 7. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data and

20. 8. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.

**Public Compensation:**

$296,825/year to $320,100/year + bonus + equity + benefits
