  3. Feature Development: Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term innovation. Drive the development of user-centric features, such as advanced analytics, automation tools, and integration capabilities with ERPs and financial systems.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver seamless, scalable, and secure solutions. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs while managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate progress, challenges, and successes effectively.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and KPIs to measure product success, identify opportunities for optimization, and inform future development.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of launching/developing a brand new product or large feature from the ground up and taking it GA.
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering teams, in a UX first culture.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations, processes, and systems used in the Office of the CFO.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations, payment processing, or financial automation tools is highly desirable.
