Job summary

CWILL is seeking a Product Management Trainee to join one of our product teams and learn the full PM workflow through real work. You'll support core product tasks and, over time, own a module or direction.

Base location must be in CA, NC, IL, TX, or NJ, relocation required. Mandarin Chinese is required. You'll collaborate with Trackingmore, Order Tracking, AI Chat, and Pop-up & Email Marketing teams to turn customer insights into concrete features.

Qualifications

• Recent US university graduate (BS or MS) or within 1–2 years of graduation.
• Any major welcome; CS, IS, Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or Design preferred.
• Mandarin Chinese communication ability required.
• Internship experience in product management or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze user feedback, requests, product data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in feature planning — ideation, user flows, and solution design.
• Under PM guidance, produce requirement documents, user flows, wireframes, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Track features from discovery through design, engineering, and launch — ensure problems are defined and solutions land.
• Monitor product data and user feedback after launch; surface issues and propose next improvements.
• Join user interviews and feedback sessions with Shopify merchants and ecommerce brands.
