Job summary

Doosan Bobcat NA US offers a Product Management Student Experience program for spring 2027 in Bismarck, ND and other US locations. The program allows students to gain hands-on experience in NPD, marketing, and data analysis while applying classroom learning to real-world projects.

Co-ops are 8 months full-time and internships are 4 months part-time; opportunities span multiple functions and provide exposure to corporate and production environments with mentors and professional development events.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team oriented with strong communication and adaptability.
• Commitment to the full term of the co-op or internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases and product requirements for NPD projects.
• Coordinate projects through the Phate-Gate system in NPD process.
• Assist with sales promotions, verification and analysis.
• Develop marketing strategies and work with marketing org.
• Maintain reports measuring product performance for stakeholders.
• Support product team with Oracle configurator data accuracy.
