Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. seeks a Product Management Specialist to support consumer products sold through retail and e‑commerce channels. The role requires close attention to product information, packaging details, and cross‑functional project coordination.

You will help manage development, launch, and ongoing maintenance, leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance research, organization, and execution. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with retailers or consumer product organizations.
• Experience supporting physical consumer products, packaging, launches, or product documentation.
• Understanding of retail and e-commerce requirements, including item information and pricing.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, data exports, reports, and product documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using AI-enabled platforms to improve organization, research, analysis, and execution.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organization, time management, and project tracking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, shifting priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support development, launch, and ongoing management of consumer products across retail and e-commerce channels.
• Maintain accurate product information, including specs, packaging, costing, and documentation.
• Coordinate packaging development and artwork approvals, claims, and certifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to track timelines, approvals, samples, testing, and milestones.
• Coordinate third-party product testing and ensure quality, compliance, and documentation.
• Conduct competitive research through retail observations, pricing, and e-commerce analyses.
• Prepare customer presentations, sales materials, product comparisons, and summaries.
• Manage product sample requests, kits, shipments, and organization.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and digital tools to improve research and reporting.
