Formación

• 3–5 years of product management and business development experience in consumer payments.
• Strong communication and client presentation skills.
• Excellent research/analytical abilities to translate insights into product improvements.
• Ability to influence key decision makers and gain buy-in.
• Problem solving and risk mitigation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Director and stakeholders in shaping product design and roadmap decisions with market/CX insights.
• Lead product & use case demonstrations and tech/solutioning discussions with customers.
• Oversee customer lifecycle activities including onboarding, delivery and ongoing management of programs.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering to update product documentation.
• Provide regular updates on product progress and performance to stakeholders.
