Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Product Management team member to partner with Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing Offices to safeguard product integrity from sample through bulk production. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to support seasonal priorities, resolve product issues, and maintain alignment across milestones and deliverables.

You will collaborate with Product Testing to ensure design execution meets RL standards while managing development and production costing.

Qualifications

• Experience with garment manufacturing processes and product development.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Air table seasonal base and communicate updates to cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs to monitor progress against product and seasonal objectives.
• Support lead times and activities from development through store delivery.
• Partner with Product Testing to ensure designs meet RL standards.
• Maintain development and production costing and communicate updates clearly.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and supply chain to track production status and delivery milestones.
• Identify risks related to delays or cost fluctuations and propose solutions.
