Job Overview

The Product Management Lead Analyst is a Band 3 Senior Contributor role within the Regulated Markets Centene Operations Management team. This team ensures the execution of key operations across Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace lines, supporting Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) delegated responsibilities such as regulatory audits, issue management, adjustments, PDE/encounters reporting, and regulatory communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced input to complex projects and assignments.
• Work independently with expert-level support from others.
• Develop analytics for claims, adjustments, and PDE/Encounters data to support client initiatives.
• Oversee timely completion and accurate delivery of adjustments and reporting for Medicare and Medicaid.
• Document activities and support client project management and communication needs.
• Evaluate data performance, develop models, and monitor trends.
• Lead portions of mid-size projects and support junior professionals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop operational plans aligned with enterprise goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a health plan or PBM setting, with Medicare, Medicaid, or Marketplace experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, process mapping, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and lead cross-functional teams.
