Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering product enhancements and new capabilities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs, market insights, and business priorities into actionable product plans.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in enhancing SaaS products, customer experiences, and business outcomes.
• Awareness of commercial considerations, with an understanding of how product decisions impact customer adoption and growth.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Experience with analytics, experimentation, SaaS products or financial institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product workstreams using research, insights, and data to identify opportunities and shape the product roadmap.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver scalable capabilities and drive adoption.
• Support platform enhancements and new capabilities, exploring AI to boost experimentation, measurement, optimization, and value.
• Advise regional teams on product capabilities, use cases, and roadmap priorities.
• Contribute to go-to-market by defining positioning, sales enablement, and launch plans.
• Coach junior team members to foster collaboration and strong PM practices.
