Job summary

You will partner with Life and Disability Underwriting teams, shape roadmaps, and gain hands‑on PM experience while exploring Principal’s culture.

You will work with a mentor, be assigned a formal leader, and participate in iterative planning, ceremonies, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

Pursuing or holding a degree in business, management, STEM or related fields.
Demonstrated involvement in student orgs or prior internship experience.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Passion for solving business challenges with innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with business collaborators and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver customer‑focused outcomes.
Define and prioritize business goals and outcomes for Agile teams in line with strategic goals.
Collaborate to create, refine, and manage product roadmaps and features with clear scope and business value.
Plan and manage iterations, stories, and Agile ceremonies to support successful delivery.
Share insights on upcoming features to align stakeholders and delivery teams.
