Responsibilities

• Write product requirements and create tickets for frontend and backend features.
• Collaborate with developers to enhance product features and ongoing processes.
• Test product features and validate items in progress for quality and user impact.
• Deliver results by curating ideas, hypothesizing value, and implementing the most promising ones.
• Regularly review OKRs and present findings to stakeholders.
• Understand customer feedback to anticipate needs and improve experiences.
