Arthrex is seeking a Product Management Intern for the Shoulder Arthroplasty team in Naples, FL. The role focuses on supporting product roadmaps, market research, and surgeon collaboration to shape next‑generation shoulder implants.

The intern will prepare presentations, assist with design validations, and coordinate with Sales on upcoming launches. This 40‑hour weekly summer program runs May 2027–August 2027, onsite in Naples, FL.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a STEM degree is required or preferred.
• Junior status in college is acceptable for consideration.
• PowerPoint proficiency is a plus for presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps and conduct market research for Shoulder Arthroplasty.
• Interact with surgeons to identify user needs and feedback.
• Present findings to Product Managers and Sales; support design validations and demos.
