Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company focused on orthopedics and education. The Synergy Integration Product team seeks a motivated Product Support Intern to assist with the product release lifecycle, documentation, and cross‑functional coordination.

The internship runs January 2027–April 2027, with 20 hours per week. This role offers hands‑on experience in testing, troubleshooting, and creating training materials while supporting service plans and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Progress toward a college degree (Engineering/CS/Business).
• Sophomore or higher; recent grads within six months of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Change Requests (CRs) and Change Notifications (CNs) in Windchill.
• Identify products and gather, organize, and maintain product specifications and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the Service team to develop and support service plans, procedures, and related documentation.
• Develop and maintain internal business instructions and procedural documents.
• Create and deliver product training materials and educational resources for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in developing product playbooks, sales support materials, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
