Hudl is seeking Product Management interns to join our Lincoln, Nebraska headquarters. As a Product Management intern, you’ll think about problems, own something, ship it, and know whether it moved the needle. You’ll be embedded in a product team working on software used by coaches, athletes, and parents across sports at every level.

The sports software market is competitive and growing. Product Managers here get real scope early, and we take the craft seriously.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in any field.
• Some product management exposure through class, project, club, or job.
• A problem-solver's instinct and ability to measure impact.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to advocate a point of view.
• Collaborative by default and open to others' ideas.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to make a call with limited information.

Responsibilities

• Identify a real problem worth solving and write user stories.
• Validate ideas by interviewing coaches, athletes, or parents and translate insights into requirements.
• Track and quantify the impact of shipped work.
• Develop strong partnerships with Sales, Support, and Marketing for rollout.
• Own your role by writing documentation, setting sprint goals, and escalating when needed.
