Job summary

Hudl in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking Product Management interns to join our headquarters team. You’ll think about problems, own projects, ship them, and learn how to measure success. You’ll be embedded in a product squad working on software used by coaches, athletes, and parents across sports.

You’ll gain real scope early, partnering with Sales, Support, and Marketing as your team prepares for a rollout. Housing costs are covered for the summer.

Qualifications

• A current student pursuing a degree in any field; we care how you think.
• Some Product Management exposure from class, project, club, or job.
• A problem-solver's instinct; you look for why it's worth solving and how to measure impact.
• Clear, confident communication; you write well and can advocate a point of view.
• Collaborative by default; you help teams and projects succeed.
• Comfort with ambiguity; you can make a call and explain your reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Identify a real problem worth solving, write user stories, and advocate for the right tradeoffs with your squad.
• Validate ideas by interviewing coaches, athletes, or parents and translating feedback into requirements.
• Track and quantify outcomes; measure whether what ships moved the needle.
• Develop strong partnerships with Sales, Support, and Marketing for rollout readiness.
• Own your role by writing documentation, setting sprint goals, and communicating clearly when stuck.
